I have worked with AVSF for 10 years. It is the only audio shop I use now. The team say me down in a room and “demo” about 20 speakers. Customer service is incredible. I have moved my system to 3 different locations and the AVSF team have helped me with each move. Simply - Buy nice or buy twice. They put me in equipment that’s has grown with me and my family.

There are too few small businesses that exist like this left in the world. Concierge service where the goal is to educate potential customers instead of shamelessly extort the inexperienced clientele for the sake of exploitative profit. Had a good buddy send me here for a floor model marked down on sale listed on the site… man am I glad I made the trip. Learned a lot, bought some great deals and am looking forward to coming back as my understanding of this ‘high end’ audiophile equipment industry deepens. I had a great experience from the minute I walked into the store. Owner chatted with me I was convinced not to buy what I came in for. He offered a lesser priced unit that better suited my system better. I noted the store was not about making a sale. I ended moving in a different direction, but when it came time buy a turntable I knew exactly where to go:)
