Demonstration Policy (for specific product listening)

What you get:

Access to one of the largest selections of HiFi in North America.

After our initial free consultation (in store, email, or phone), we will work on the selection of products within your parameters.

You will get a private listening room setup for you, for up to two hours to use your own ears and judgment to compare products and finalize decisions.

How it works:

Product demonstrations require an audition/setup fee of $250.00 which is returned as a store credit on any purchase over $1,000.00 within 90 days.

For demonstrations of products that cost under $1,000.00, the set-up fee is $150.00 and can be applied toward any purchase within 90 days.

Private auditions allow our customers the opportunity to spend time uninterrupted with the products they are interested in. Secondly, it allows us time to set up customized systems for clients.
